Low Calorie Diet
The slower weight loss, but functional and not so limited.

Requires self-discipline and determination, too. 
In addition, the food energy levels need to be monitored.

Next step from VLCD to an easy return to normal diet gradually. 
This is a long-term weight loss, in which the daily calories is 1200kcal
 
Three meals replaced by Nutrilett products and in addition to eating light food for about 500kcal
The calorie amount of normal light food depends on how many calories you will get from the three meals from Nutrilett products. 

Products that can be used in this level:
 
+ Weight drops
+ Get more freely eat
-You have to be careful about what you eat (possibly counting and weighing a lot in the beginning)
