Three ways to start
1. Recommendation : 1-2 Start Now packages before moving to QWL products

2. Recommendation : Eat light food for a week (you can use meal replacement products from Nutrilett to lower your daily calories)

3. The most challenging start: Go directly from normal diet to VLCD

 Products to be used on this diet:

This first Nutrilett level is a diet which you eat only VLCD shakes , soups and reasonably low-calorie vegetables. Energy intake in a day is under 800kcal . 

 You can calculate the allowable calorie intake for vegetables by first calculating the total Nutrilett products coming calorie intake , reduce it from 800 to and the remaining share is what you have available on vegetables.(for example, the Chocolate shake 5x = 560kcal . 800-560 = 240kcal remains for vegetables)

After approximately 4 days in the diet you won't feel hunger anymore. This is the effect of carbohydrate storage running out from your body. Ketosis will kick in and you actually have to remember to eat all the needed shakes or soups in a day. 

The diet requires self-discipline and determination. Products are to be exclusively consumed 0-16 weeks (3 weeks, more if recommended by a doctor).
